6. This blu-ray drive doesn’t play Ultra 4K HD Disks.We suggest you play HD blu-ray movies no more than 50G.

8.When this external bluray drive works on Windows 10 / Catalina:It is very important that you have a media player such as the VLC media player installed before you connect the Blu ray player to play DVD.
