DEPSTECH DW50 is a 4K Ultra HD webcam features up to 3840×2160 resolution.

Can I use the zoom feature on the remote for any video software?
Yes, it is working fine for Zoom Meetings, Skype, Facetime and any other popular video software. But please note that the Zoom function is available at 1080P resolution only.
Is the remote control sensitive enough?
Yes, you can control it with a distance of about 15m or more in all directions. Very convenient to use.
